I am also able to provide you with a Home Inspection Report or a Home Survey.

I will email a confirmation of the HIP being commissioned and the VAT receipt.
I will start processing the HIP.
I will email you the completed HIP in a PDF format after all the compulsory documents are compiled. I normally complete the HIP between 5 to 10 working days. However, in few instances, it may take longer due to delays caused by local authority.
The completed HIP will also be stored in our web data base which you will be able to access.

Please note that once the HIP process is commenced the order cannot be cancelled and the money will not be refunded.
